Refund Policy:

1. Eligibility for Refund:

a. Customers who have subscribed to our AI Staffing Service and have made a payment may be eligible to request a refund.

b. Refunds will only be considered for unused services.  For example, if you started the conversation with one of the agents, there will be no refund or we may considerate partial refund.

2. Refund Request Process:

a. To request a refund, customers must submit a written request to our customer support team within 7 days from the date of payment.

b. The request should include the customer's name, contact information, and a detailed explanation of the reason for the refund.

3. Refund Evaluation:
